The company is domiciled and headquartered in Dubai to take advantage of the countries’ strategic geographic position, enabling it to develop its emerging market trade finance business, predominantly in Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Asia.

It is a company limited by shares, incorporated and domiciled at the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Dubai (DIFC Reg. Cert. No 0260) and licensed and regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA Ref No F000309) as a Category 3 Authorised Firm.

We are primarily engaged in the global primary and secondary trade finance markets where we transact on behalf of our clients in trade related bank, sovereign and corporate debt. Our Management team and staff have extensive experience in emerging markets and trade finance and we use this wealth of knowledge to undertake the full spectrum of functions related to the purchase and sale of trade related debt in-house. In our normal course of business we engage with exporting and importing corporate entities as well as banks and financial institutions from around the world. The principle instruments we transact in are Bills of Exchange, Promissory Notes, Letters of Credit, Book Receivables and Syndicated, Club and Bilateral Trade Loans.
